Any guesses as to why I'm not getting download arrows in the Bookends browser on what seems like a lot of new papers?
Here's two recent failures:

In the first case, I get the download arrow. I'm guessing you're not because the response time from Crossref has been periodically slow for the last several weeks. In the next update Bookends decreases the response times, which is probably why it's working for me.
In the second case the DOI isn't in the Crossref database yet (too new). I assume it will be there shortly, but that's not up to us.
