latest version gives runtime errors on importing references

This keeps happening:

To reproduce:
Bookends 13.4.8
Drag a new reference PDF into the All window for which there is no existing reference data in the library
Click Continue in the error message
Click Continue yet again (the error message reappears)
Then you get the familiar Attachment dialogue window


Please fix. Thanks.

Please download 13.4.8 again, this was fixed shortly after the initial release.
