How to change Citation delimiters?

I have just noticed that the dropdown menu for Citation delimiters is empty by me; it looks as if it is locked and cannot be changed. Is this normal? I would have expected to see {} here because {} are the delimiters that appear in my word processor when I cite a reference.
I use "Content" as temporary citations, in case that makes any difference. Was this changed in v14? I remember vaguely that in v13 I could see and change the delimiters in the said dropdown menu.

I updated to v14.1, and the problem is gone now. :–)
