Bookends search window in Word

Post by vinschger »

Hi
may I ask if I open the smart search window for bookends in Word and search for an author, all papers that contain the authornames are shown. Is there also the possibility for a more "customized" search, e.g. using a prefix in the search field so that the search looks for the search term being in the first author field etc?

If you mean a search that matches the first author only, no. You can create your own SQL search for that if you want, like this: authors regex '(?i)^smith'
