Would it be possible to add the possibility to search for an expression in the live search bar (by for example surrounding the expression "by quotes")?

Yes, that would be possible. However, in this case the search would not be indexed -- that means it would be relatively slow. Since this is a "live search", it would be quite painful to have to wait perhaps 2, 5, 10 seconds or more (depending on the size of the database) each time a letter was typed (or a group typed rapidly). I don't think you or anyone else would find this acceptable.
The Find dialog has a "character" search, which is the same thing, but searches only after you press the Find button, so the relative slowness isn't such an annoyance.
