I know that users can use, say, an Acrobat window proxy icon to drag a pdf to Bookends and attach it to a selected reference. But why doesn't Bookends itself have window proxies? While it may seem much less useful (you're probably not going to want to drag a Bookends database into another app), window proxies are useful simply for telling you *where a database lies*. In other words, I can have a Bookends database open and not know where it resides, and currently I'd have to perform a search in order to find that out.
Does that make sense?
