Is there a format for MLA footnotes (not in-text citations).
MLA looks like this:
Bénichou, Paul. Morales du grand siècle. Paris: Gallimard, 1948.
MLA footnote format looks like this:
Paul Bénichou, Morales du grand siècle (Paris: Gallimard, 1948).
Specifically, if someone could modify
a. t, u11. $trans. $u3*~.~$ $f, $ed++. $e, u2$ ed.$, $ vol. $v$, $u13$ vols.$~ ~l:|~ ~u, d.$ $u12`.`
to follow the note format, I'd really appreciate it!
MLA footnote format?
SAP format?
Hi,
I am new to this forum--and to Bookends.
Now I am wondering, does anybody know if there is a format for the Sheffield Academic Press (SAP) housestyle?
I tried to search the archive, but couldn't find anything.
Best wishes,
Bjorn
