... just to followed up on an earlier question.
Will it be possible to change the way that Bookends offers to rename attached .PDFs? At the moment it will name the article according to author (e.g. Andersen et al 2007), but for some of us it would be sooo much more useful if Bookends would offer us to rename it according to the title of the paper (e.g. Alloantigen enhance accumulation..... bla bla.).
This will make it much easier to identify the paper when you look through your bookends folder (e.g. if you do a spotlight search for some content in a paper - it would be easier if your result would directly give you the name of the paper, rather than the author). Also, this avoids the problem of having several papers named the same or similarly (e.g. the problem arises when you have the same author publishing several different papers in the same year).
Love the new release, but.....
Possibly putting the abstract and notes into the spotlight comments of the file would be nice to. And I'd would like the naming to be according to a format.
~I swore to myself that if I ever got to walk around the room as manager people would laugh as they saw me coming and applaud as I walked away~
More flexible renaming of attachments is on the to do list. It didn't make it into 9.2, but I hope it will come in not-too-distant future.
