"Attachment pane" - show multiple pages.

Post by kga1978 »

I kinda like the new feature where you can choose "Attachments" in the view pane. However, it would be extremely useful if you could show more than just a little bit of the first page. What I would like to see is something similar to this:

In the "zoom" menu choose "scale to fit". Now, at the moment, the first page will be zoomed so it fits into the window a long the vertical plane. However, this leaves a lot of horizontal space which isn't used at all. Now, it would be great if, instead of just leaving the space empty, you could see the next couple of pages. On my monitor this would probably allow me to see 4-5 pages rather than just the first one.

Hi,

I'm not sure if I understand. If you choose, say, 100%, and your screen is large enough to fit two vertical pages in at that size, then you'll see 2 pages. On my smallish screen, if I set it to 25%, I can see 3-4 pages at once (but can't read them, of course).

Well, as it is at the moment the pages will stack "on top" of each other. What I would really like to see is if they could be place next to each other instead. Most new computer use widescreen screen meaning that you have a lot more horizontal than vertical space.

I've never actually seen any application do that. Thanks for the suggestion.
