The filter doesn't even connect. I suspect that their server is having problems again.

My other guess is that since they aren't returning MARC records (you have Full selected), the import tags you have (1, 1004 and so on) are not correct. Bookends looks for the words that define the tags, not the numbers used by z39.50 for searching.

Again, because it's full text, and probably idiosyncratic to the library, Bookends doesn't parse the download (when it actually comes), but you can see what the raw download is by clicking on a line.

In sum, I'd forget searching this library from within Bookends if I were you.

Hi Jon,

thanks for your answer. That's strange, the filter definitely was connecting.

I can't accept that this library isn't usable with Bookends while they say it is usable with similar applications. So I will go on searching for the problem in communication with the library. I will tell if there will be a solution or if there are further question you maybe can help.
