I suppose I can answer a few things (because I'm the author, I don't want to modify the information myself).

Export file formats: BibTeX, Endnote/Refer/BibIX, Medline, RIS, EndNote XML, HTML, RTF, user-customizable

Import file formats: BibTeX, Endnote/Refer/BibX, ISI (soon), Medline, Ovid, PubMed, RIS, SciFinder, Dublin Core, MARC, JSTOR, arXiv, user-customizable

Citation styles: APA, Chicago/Turabian, Harvard, MLA, other: user-customizable. Extension method: through GUI

Reference list file formats: HTML, RTF, Plain text. Other: clipboard

Word processor integration: Microsoft Word. OO: partial[6]. Other: integrated with Mellel; plus RTF scan.

Database connectivity: ArXiv, PubMed. Other: Z39.50, SRU, Web of Science (soon)

Password protection and network services: No across the board
