1) My formats have all begun behaving weirdly: with no changes (that I recall) by myself, references are no longer formatted with titles italicised (or underlined in MLA). No matter what I do: even if I create a new format and manually enter the code for, say, a Book - the reference is not formatted properly: it comes out plain - both in the preview window, and also via the clipboard into Textedit/Mellel. This is really weird: is it possible for a universal corruption to have happened? This happens with all different databases.
2) A related question: would it be possible to create a page on the Sonny site where users can download the original format files in the form they come originally (ie. Chicago 15th, APA etc...) in case one accidentally messes them up?
The first one is easy (probably). Go to Biblio -> Bibliography Formatter and make sure it's set to output Styled Text. My guess is that it was inadvertently set to Plain Text or UTF-8.
As for the second, I don't want to maintain a page with links to each format, but perhaps I can create a read-only folder that contains copies of the formats we distribute. I'll think about that.

P.S. In the meantime, you can always email me for a fresh copy of anything.

I've set up an anonymous ftp site that has all of the formats and filters that we ship. You can get them here:
