Outputting bibliography to disk crashes BE

After upgrade to 10.2 all attempts to output a bibliography to disk crash BE. The issue occurs with different databases and with different formats, both custom and standard. Outputting to bibliography window works fine. Could this be a bug?

For those following, gke has found this is due to an incompatibility with Default Folder. Another user found the same problem last week. The solution at this time is to exclude Bookends in the Default Folder preferences. Hopefully, St. Clair will fix this (gke has contacted them, and I will as well).

Apparently the Default Folder preferences had become corrupted, because replacing that file fixed the problem for gke (and another user who didn't post on the forum). So if anyone else experiences a Default Folder X - Bookends incompatibility problems, the first thing to try is to remove Default Folder X preferences.

Last followup -- St. Claire Software has indentified the source of the problem as a bug in Default Folder X. They're fixing it now.
