I have two questions, the first more straightforward than the second.
1) How do I delete a journal glossary? I presumed that I could go into Finder and delete it from the Journal Glossaries subfolder, but the only options there are the original glossaries that had been pre-installed (Chemistry, Concise Medicine, etc.).
2) I followed the steps to install the Word 2004 Add-In, but the commands are not working in Word. When I click on the "Scan Document" button, for example, I get a run-time error '53,' which is displayed in a Microsoft Visual Basic dialog box. The explanation is "File not found: Bookends Word X Add-in." The other error I tend to get is run-time error '454,' with the explanation of "Code resource not found." The first error is more common than the second, but unfortunately, I do not know the cause of either. How can I correct this problem?
Wonderful software. Can't wait to improve my ability to use it. Thanks!

Re: Trouble Shooting the Word Add-In
Custom Journal Glossaries can be found in your user Library. Go to
[yourhomefolder]/Library/Application Support/Bookends
Customized information is put into that folder so that it won’t be deleted if your Bookends application folder is overwritten during an update.
