Yes sorry Jon, I tought I did. I have three folders, each one has inside some 20 pictures related do the 3 references linked to the folders. The other attachments are loose in bookends attachment folder

I don't know why the speed would deteriorate over time. As an experiment, move the PDFs out of iCloud Drive (e.g. to a folder on the Desktop) and set that as the default folder. Any difference in speed?

No, no difference.

Glad that's ruled out.

I don't know what the problem is. Your database is not that large, and the problem doesn't appear to have anything to do with finding/displaying PDFs. Rebooting in Safe mode doesn't help, which rules out problems like intrusive antivirus software.

I'd redownload 13.4 and install that. And since redownloading your library from the cloud seemed to help before, I'd do that too. If you come up with any clues as to what the problem is, please get back to me (direct tech support at support@sonnysoftware.com).
