Hi,
I´m writing my dissertation with mellel and bookends and I´m very happy with this combination.
But my university wants to see a specific citation style in my work. They gave an file called jenamed.ens to me. It shall be an endnote style. I think, it´s the same like in bookends format?
Can somebody help me to get the style (or format) in this .ens-file into bookends?
You´ll find the file at the end of this mesage.
Thank you very much!!!
Best regards,
Marcus Wendler

Importing Format (EN: Style) into Bookends
Hi,
They should either (1) tell you what the style is most like (e.g. Chicago, APA, etc.) so that you can use the equivalent in Bookends, or (2) give you printed examples so that you can recreate the format in Bookends. There is no utility that converts an EN style to a Bookends format.

Re: Importing Endnote styles
Has this answer changed since 2006? Is there a way yet to import custom Endnote styles (.ens files)?Jon wrote:Hi,

No, EndNote style files are proprietary and undocumented.
