I just imported a ton of references, half of which were in all upper case, from the citation index "America: History and Life" (an RIS-format export). I am using Mac OS 10.28 and Bookends 9.0.3.
I selected the upper case references, and went to Global Change<Case Change and selected "Title Case." Program quit with "this program has unexpectedly quit" error message. I re-launched and tried running the global change on both individual and multiple selections of references. I tried several times, and the program quit each time.
Any suggestions?
