content of temporary citations

When i create a temporary citation (via the command in the toolbar for Word) i notice that BE not always inserts unambiguous information. I notice this for the reference format "newspaper article" where the following is inserted:

{author surname, year, newspaper}

When subsequently scanning the document this poses a problem when dealing with an author who produced several articles in the same year in the same newspaper. BE will ask me which reference in the db i mean. Right now i manually add some words from the article title after inserting the citation and all is well.

Would it be possible to tell BE what the include in a temporary citation perhaps in the future? Or am i missing something? (i checked the manual for this)

You can easily fix this -- in Preference, tell Bookends to cite by Author/Date/Unique ID instead of by content.
