internet search fails for universities, not amazon

Hi Jon,
I'm trying to use the internet search to search my university's library (Oxford U). However, it doesn't seem to work consistently with me. I entered a book that I know is at the university (I've used it), and I get "reply is empty". I tried with the author's name and the title, and same response. Sometimes i get Failed to Initialize to library.ox.ac.uk.
I'm having the same problem with other university libraries, but not with amazon. Same hing with LOC.
