I want to print a list of recently added references so that someone else can proofread them. The "printout" format is almost what I need - except that it prints empty fields. Is there a way to modify the "printout" format to omit whatever fields are empty?
(For my purposes, it is important to keep the field names on the printout, which is why I don't want to use a citation format.)
Thanks in advance if you can help!

Print references for proofing
Hi,
It should be possible to modify it using the ~ (binding) character around the field names. Take a look at the User Guide to read about how this instruction works. Then create a new format based on Printout and change it accordingly. If you run into problems, you can send me the format you are working on and I'll take a look.
