I have a problem with scanning a word document (using Word 2004). While citing references is no problem it seems that the program can't create a biblio after scanning the document. The scan is performed but no biblio appears and for example when I choose to create a new document window it is empty.
Anybody has an idea?

You must check "Generate a bibliography after scan" in the scan dialog.
