Remove Duplicates again: How does it work?

Hello, I intensively -extensively use Bookends (which I find a great software). However, I have a problem. With a biblio of 5000+titles, I often have duplicates entered.
Now, all the "remove duplicates" settings that I found do not work: If I preview the list of choices, one, most of the articles selected are not duplicates, and two, almost all the duplicates are not selected.

Any way to improve the situation? I saw old messages reporting this problems for Intel (my configuration). Has it been taken care of? I don't find a way to get this work.

Best

Hi,

Please make sure you are using Bookends 9.2.2. If you still see a problem, rebuild your database. If nothing resolves it, please contact tech support directly.

P.S. For 5000 refs, I'd increase the database cache (Prefernces) to 10-12 MB, if you haven't already. This is just to improve performance.
