How often do you have to rebuild or repair your database?

In reading forum postings, I note that Bookends users have to rebuild their databases periodically. It would be helpful for Jon to know whether this is a frequent problem or not.

I rebuilt my database some times but I can't tell you if I had to or not. From time to time I do this just as I vacuum-clean the house but I don't know i it makes sense as I can't see any dust in my bookends database.
