When I double click on an entry in the Import Filter Manager window, the filter window appears with its title bar at the position where I performed the double click. The problem is that the double click action also gets applied to the title bar of the filter which minimizes the window…

This is a bug in OS X that can affect any application. It is position-dependent, as you have seen, so it only happens to a few rows. Nothing can be done by me. You can always click the Edit button, of course.
