I know I have asked this before but could the replicate function be made available for conference proceedings as well? Conference proceedings are basically like edited books and i often find myself temporarily changing the ref type to replicate.

OK. In the next update, Conference Proceedings will be treated identically to Edited Books as far as Replicate As Book Chapter is concerned.
