Would anyone happen to know how PAO citations can be imported or if there is a filter for them?

Hi,

You can import them like this:
- select the records you want and go to the "Marked List"
- in the right-hand menu for citation options choose "Download Selected Citations"
- choose the 3rd download option: "Download in a format compatible with ProCite, EndNote, Reference Manager and RefWorks"
- a text file will be exported which you can then import with the RIS filter in BE
