Problem searching Pubmed while using VPN

Hello,
i have the following problem:
Bookends (including searching pubmed) works fine while im directly connected to the internet. As soon as i connect to the internet via university VPN it no longer works. Browsing with firefox works as long as i enter the apropriate proxy settings. Where do i have to setup the proxy for bookends to work with VPN?

Hi,

Bookends picks up the proxy info from your System Preferences settings. So make sure they are set correctly.
