I recently searched for a misspelled word and corrected it in a book title. When I corrected it, the list of hits did not automatically refresh, i.e. the entry did not disappear. I had to enter the word again in the search field.
I don't know if this is the right place for a bug report, but I hope it's okay like that.

I'm not sure exactly what steps you took, perhaps you could contact me directly with exact details so I can reproduce it.
