Hi, I wonder if anybody knows a way to fix this. I've noticed that the Harvard U (Hollis) filter has problems with some accent symbols. For example

México

always comes out as

M^xico


The exact same reference at the Library of Congress would be imported fine, and they're both set to the same text encoding (ANSEL) in the Import Filter Manager -> Internet tab.

Any ideas?

I don't know the exact answer, but it's obviously an encoding issue. Have you tried setting filter to do a direct z39.50 search instead of going through the LOC gateway?
