I'm still having loads of issues with this.

The latest is that scans only work once. When I try to unscan or scan again, it runs the CPU at 100% and I have to force quit word.

It seems to be totally unstable to me.

I haven't had any other reports like this. My only thought is that the document is very large, in which case removing complex graphics before the scan might be necessary (or scan the RTF file). If that's not the problem, you should contact tech support.
