Jon, can the endnote xml map be included in the user guide, or emailed to me?

When exporting to others, I don't know what fields are being exported as the series titles, DOI, etc.

I don't have such a document. But it's easy to see for yourself, it's just a text file. Export one reference and open it in Mellel and you can see what field is in each node.
