Jon, I was wondering if when applying title case Bookends could ignore quotation marks and brackets. When words begin with a quotation mark or bracket opening, the next word in a title should still be capitalized, but BE makes it lower case.

Thanks

hmm. does curly quotes have a different affect?

Also, to be clear, I was doing a global "change case".

There are curly quotes in the example I posted.

The Global Change function uses Regex (the formatting routines are coded specifically for Bookends), thus the difference. I'll have to look into it to see if there's a reasonably simple way to take into account leading punctuation. But of course for actual final output you use the the formatting code, which gives you what you want.

Global Change -> Title Case will correctly uppercase words in quotes, brackets, etc., in the next update.
