Sharing with EndNote?

I would really like to use BookEnds, but all of my co-workers and other researchers use EndNote. I have a Windows machine that I use also, for that matter, that it would be nice to have my database on. Some relate questions:

How can I send someone else my library to be read on Windows (w/ EndNote)?

How can I sync databases with Windows/EndNote?

Ready to buy, but really need it work in my work environment.

Thanks,
TF

Export as EndNote (Refer) or, if they use EndNote 7, as XML (EndNote 7). They would then import the references.

Export/import is the only way. I guess you could use the Bookends Server function to allow others to access your database and get the data that way (for import, too, if output as Refer is an option), but that's probably more effort than you want to put in.
