Jon,

I am having trouble with one reference. When I click on it I get

"Database Engine Error: Compressor Error"

Also I cannot rebuild the index or database. How can I fix this problem?

Hi Matt,

It is better to deal with technical support directly (support@sonnysoftware.com).

My advice at this point is to select all references except the problematic one and export this hits. Then import the hits to a fresh database. Make sure you are using 8.0.3.
