short title on multivolume entries

Hi.
not sure if it has been answered on forums or manual, but I would like to know whether Short titles are usuable on multi volume works.
For example, say I have a long 20 volume work.

Encyclopedia of all Living Animals and Creatures

and I want to assign "Living" as Short title when either volume 1 or say volume 13 get invoked.
So subsequent entries would be...

Living, Vol.20, p.359

Living, Vol.13, p.213

and so forth. Is there a way to automate this process, as is the case for single-volume entries?

Hi,

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by automated. But you can select these references use Global Change -> Modify to put the word "Living" into the Short TItle field of each entry.
