For some reason bookends only lets you set the Proxy Server in its preferences rather than taking them from the system wide system preferences Network panel. This means that there is no way to enter a password on a proxy and I can't use the internet utility stuff to get references.

Its a very annoying bug/oversight.

Could we get it fixed?
