In-text citations in Mellel

Two things I am trying to figure out:

1) a way to set an in-text citation in Mellel that when scanned will display multiple authors as separated by comas rather than as "et al." I can't find anything in preferences or the formats manager that will let me do this. It seems to only work for the biblio.

2) a short-cut for adding page numbers while writing in Mellel. I'd rather type, go to BE via cmd+y, then back to Mellel via cmd+y, and continue typing "@page-page" without having to stop, double click the ref and add page numbers in the pop-up box.

Any ideas?

These questions were submitted to support directly (thanks!), but since they're already on the forum I'll answer here, too.

To create a citation in which there is no et al. for authors, use a custom citation format. YIn the custom format, you'd set up authors to be displayed any way you want. See APA 5th for an example of this.

As for adding cited pages without opening the citation object, that's really a feature request for Mellel, not Bookends. You should write to RedleX about that.

If you select/mark a citationobject in Mellel (am using 2.6.1) presses
enter the cit. becomes edtitable, ie. making it easy to add cited
pages etc. without your hands leaving the keyboard.
