I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but can't figure it out for the life of me! I have a bunch of citations in my word document, and when I scan it, no references section is made. The temporary citations are transformed into the style I specify, but no bib. Here is exactly what happens:
1. I click "scan" while in the word document.
2. Unscanning seems to go fine (automatically it unscans first).
3. A box pops up. I check the box indicating that I want to generate a bibliography after scan, and I select a style. "Send the bibliography to" and "Generate bibliography as" options are greyed out.
4. Bookends pops up, and I can see it going through all of my refs. Occasionally it asks me to clarify a ref.
5. And then Bookends blows up and shuts down.
The end.
Any thoughts on what is going wrong?
