Error while reading a pdf document

Hi

I got the following error message while I was trying to read a pdf document in BE: There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document (109).

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

This is a tech support issue. Please contact tech support and send the pdf that's causing the problem.
