'City' from Amazon

Does anyone know how to get the Amazon internet search to insert the City when importing?
I don't see that information provided by Amazon web services.

Then would there be any way to have Bookends 'know' what city should be there because of the publisher? That would be nice.

It is implemented now in an early working version of 8.0.5, and if no problems arise will be included in that release.as an aside, will the em dashes be implemented for 8.0.5?
