Syncing application preferences

Hi,
In addition to syncing my Bookends database and attachments, I am now trying to sync my preferences, as well. This includes such information as color label names, columns displayed in list view, and pretty much everything selected in the "Preferences" pane of the app.
Where is all this information stored, however? I cannot find the file either in ~/Library/Application Support or in ~/Library/Preferences.

UPDATE: I think I found it: ~\Library\Preferences\"Bookends 11 Preferences"
Earlier, I was expecting to find the information in com.sonnysoftware.Bookends.plist. Hence my original post. Please disregard.
