Can't search for words containing '-'

Hi,

I need to be able to search for a lot of genes in my BE database and many of these genes contain '-' (e.g. NF-kB, c-Rel). The problem is that when I try to search for these, BE appears to ignore the '-' character and inserts a space instead. For example if I try to search for 'c-Rel' I get results containing 'c' and 'rel' - which of course would be most of my references.

Anyway to do this search differently so it would find the correct references?

Thanks.

Bookends indexed searches have always ignored punctuation (only words are indexed, and c-rel is two "words). Use Find for "characters". This is unindexed. Slower (but still pretty fast) and takes account of punctuation.
