Getting rid of the Group Pane

Post by mchapman »

My main computer is an old 12 inch PowerBooks G4. In BE 10 I would just drag the pane until it did not show at all. In BE 11 that no longer works.

Is there some other way to close this pane?

Thanks,

Mark

Even in Bookends 10 the splitter dimple control always showed.

I'll make it so that in Bookends 11.0.1 you'll be able to make it considerably smaller than in 11.0, but it will still show the grip control (about 20 pixels or so, compared to the minimum of 88 pixels in 11.0).

That works.

Will that mean that nothing in the group pane will be visible (what I am hoping for to minimize distractions)?

Thanks for the quick reply,

It means that the group pane will be about as wide as the gripper control (the one at the the bottom composed of 3 stripes).
