Bibliography Formatting quit working

Everything was going along fine, but suddenly my Bibliography formatting stopped working. Here is an example. The fonts, size, style seem to be random.

Here are my Prefs settings

I have tried:

validating all fonts, clearing font cache, restarting, restoring database from backup, deleting preferences file.

I don't remember doing anything different (but I am getting older and my memory isn't what it used to be!)

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

TIA

Jim

Hm, did you try

Refs -> Global Change -> Restore Default Font and Styles

Do this for all your references, and use a copy of your database.

If that doesn't fix it, please contact tech support and we'll follow it up (support@sonnysoftware.com).

Are you sure that the strangely formatted parts in your Bibliography are “pure” text (text without formatting) in your database? I.e. is it possible that you entered parts of some citations using a different font?

(Bookends will respect the use of different fonts in different fields of your references, which is useful if you use different fonts for different languages etc.)

Thanks for the quick reply. I have send a request to tech support, but I didn't know how to attach examples. I will try your suggestion.

Again, thanks for your help.

Thanks for the suggestion, but yes I checked the database to make sure there were no font overrides.
