how do you filter for type of publication

I want to be able to filter my publications to find only books. How do I do that. It is not a field in the search menu, and I cannot find it in the manual, and if I search the forums for 'filter type' I am told that these words are too common.

Hi,

The Find dialog has the option to find by Type (you can create a smart group to do the same thing).
