I have noticed (running 11.0.9) that I am occasionally having to type command-. to stop the PDF download during an import from the Search Pubmed function. I have also had a few crashes while doing this. It seems to be particular references.

Any thoughts on how to diagnose what is going on?

I'd try rebuilding the database. If the problem persists and you can isolate a single reference that does it, tell me (off forum) what to do to reproduce the problem.
