Formatting Problem, Names with Mc

Post by DavidH »

I find that when the *title* of a book or article contains a name involving Mc followed by a capital letter, e.g. McDowell, certain bibliographic formats (American Political Science Association, Chicago 15th A, MLA, Turabian) will change the succeeding capital to lowercase, e.g. Mcdowell. I don't see this misbehavior when other formats are selected.

Make sure the format you are using is outputting the names as entered. The ones you list do, but it's possible you (or someone else) edited them. If that's not the problem, please contact tech support directly.
