Need footnote editor

Hi all
I'm a phd student and need to hire someone to edit the footnotes in my dissertation.
I'd pay a dollar a footnote, and have 600+ footnotes plus the biblio. Some footnotes are 'ibid' while others may have multiple references. I'm using Mac Word version 14.02 and Bookends version11.1.3. I wouldn't need this service until late May or June, when I expect to have my dissertation done (knock on wood).
Also, I've had some problems with bookends not always inserting the citation correctly into word, and some citation data pulled from the internet is a mess and needs a polish (not bookends's fault).
