problem with ordering name and first name

For the first time I have to submit an article to a publisher (Geographica Helvetica) who uses a name-first name ordering scheme that Bookends does not support. The problem is that they want the name order Name, Initials for all contributors except for the last one, which should be Initials Name.

(Usually it would be only the first name that uses a different order.)

I guess it is not necessary to code something just for a single exception like this. Or have any other people encountered such a rule?

I've never encountered, or had someone report, a format like this. I bet that the editors of the journal get a lot of complaints from authors! :-)

Maybe others who read this have run into it?

I would rather bet that they won’t notice the small difference – I’ll submit my bibliography in the common way and will keep you all posted on what will happen… ;)
