In an effort to consolidate all of my literature databases and get rid of the piles of printed paper in my office, I just imported several thousand references from a file exported from Endnote as an xml file, and I've noticed that the option to Get PDF>From Internet (If Available) is greyed out. Anyone know of a way to get this functionality back?

That function is only available if the selected reference has a pmid, doi, or isbn (in the proper field). If you find a reference has one of these and when selected the option is disabled, please contact tech support.
